• Not only were many clients impacted by the hurricane, but our agency was challenged as the insurance market hardened. 
• We overcame carrier insolvencies, waves of policy non-renewals, and significant restrictions to insurers' new business guidelines. 
• We must strategically insulate our agency from predictable market restrictions through carrier diversification and client selection.
